Delivery of Artwork PAL meeting Aug. 12^th

All PAL artists have an opportunity to display their artwork for this three-day art festival. Valerie West and PAF committee members will be coordinating the receipt and recording of the artwork.

Val will plan the grid-panel layout and asks that each artist’s artwork be no larger than 16” x 20”. Depending on how many artists submit large pieces, you may be able to include only one large piece in the show.

Accepted Artwork:

All mediums are welcome for this festival.

Artwork dimensions 16” x 20” max. portrait layout, or smaller.

The number of artists that participate in the festival will help determine how many pieces of artwork can be displayed on the grid panels.

Display requirements:

• Art must be gallery-ready condition and each piece must be labeled.
• All mounting systems must be strong enough to support the weight of the artwork.
• For 2D artwork on canvases, artwork should be gallery wrapped or framed.
• Each piece of work should be clearly labeled with the artist’s name, title of work, medium and price.  (see PAL Art Festival 2026 Sales Tax Chart)
